Petition 1: to improve the area in front of the Verdo Lounge- to Tony’s Butchers- July 2023

I am leading efforts to get considerable investment in from the City and Town Councils to improve the area in front of these shops- hopefully up to £80k. I hope this will expand a 20mph to Harman/Holifast, add cycle hire/racks, family and disabled parking and link up local public transport to improve access and footfall to the area supporting local businesses.

Please take a few moments to add your name to increase pressure on Council to better and properly invest in our ward to help businesses, the High Street and the community.

  1. Please can you look at re-surfacing Priory Walk off Salisbury Grove, this is seriously deteriorating and has been for sometime. I have sent several requests to Birmingham City Council without any joy. They have come out and sprayed around the potholes but nothing as happened up to date

    1. Can you email me on this please ideally with any photos and your email chain. I visited Priory Walk with a KIER officer a few months back (photo on facebook) and raised the need for this to be done, as well as Sailsbusy, the pavement on Penns and many other sections. I am focusing on Sailsbury Grove and Penns Lane at the moment and trying to get them on this years scheme and for the roads to be done properly not just patched. But Priory is on the list of roads. Thanks for replying.
